I recently purchased a pair of Zipline's Freestyle Mogul Skis for my son and was very impressed by the company's responsiveness and short time to deliver. Zipline is a rare business that genuinely cares about the quality of their products and their customers. We had ordered the 150 cm mogul skis for my 11 yr old which is way too long for her height. So we placed another order for 140 cm and shortly received a email notification that there is a delay in delivery. Then unexpectedly Chuck calls me on the phone to explain the reason for the delay and that they are improving the quality of the skis by adding plastic caps on the skis. He asked when I need them and kept in constant contact to update the process. They also quickly refunded the 150 cm skis within days. Although my daughter didn’t get the skis in time for one competition but she put it to good use for the following comp. She absolutely loves her new skis. Amazing customer service where I get the sense they love what they do. Thank you again Chuck!
