This is our first time ordering from this company and we ordered the wrong size. Jarred was super helpful and informative when helping us reorder the correct size. We ordered the insulated pants and although these pants are quite expensive, my son said they are warm and comfortable and he really likes them.

Poles

Great poles. I have big hands. So, I wish the straps had a little more room.

Worst goggles and lenses.

I spent $600 on goggles and lenses and have to say, huge disappointment. The lenses are the first in my 20 years of skiing that fog up. Also, I’d like to ask the owner, why do you delete negative reviews? My first negative review was deleted. You could man up and work on a resolution.
